Animal Construction Site Cotton Poplin This fabric features construction vehicles of all kinds, driven by a variety of animals as well as other construction elements such as cones and all set against a white Poplin, is a plain-weave cotton fabric with very fine horizontal “ribs,” or yarns, that results in a strong, crisp fabric with a silky, lustrous surface. Poplin is commonly used in men's and women's shirts and women's dresses.
